New job opening Job Title: CRM Specialist Location: Delhi Ncr Experience: 1 to 2 years Job Type: Full-time Salary: 25k to 30k Responsibilities: Implement and manage CRM solutions to improve customer experience and streamline business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer data for insights and trends. Customize CRM software to meet specific business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Train and support team members in utilizing CRM tools effectively. Generate and maintain reports on key performance indicators related to customer interactions and satisfaction. Assist in the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in a timely manner. Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend improvements to the CRM system based on emerging trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in CRM administration and configuration for at least 1 to 1.5 years. Familiarity with popular CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance related to CRM data handling is a plus.
