One of India's top FMCG companies. Two decades, one simple aim - to refresh the world and make a difference.
About us
Welcome to the world of HCCB – a Company that started in 1997 with the simple aim to refresh the world and make a difference. Two decades later, we are one of the top 5 FMCG companies. Only because fellow Indians, who have faith in the quality and purity of our products, pick our beverages, 477 times per second. Some choose the ones that have nutrition, others choose pure indulgence. Some prefer the zing that bubbles in the mouth; others prefer a quiet, serene mouthfeel. Some like the beverages that is served hot; others ask us for an ice-cold serve. Our 15 factories, spread across India, manufacture the beverages that India wants. And if it is about India, we better make the best. With stringent processes, world-class machines, state-of-the-art equipment, and the best packaging materials, we make 62 different beverage products in multiple categories. In doing so, we strive to leave things better than we first inherited. Be it by skewing our energy sourcing towards renewable and clean energy, or collaborating with the local communities, to make their lives better. Returning more water to the earth than we use, is as much a business priority as is to ensure that the food grade PET that is used in our product packages, gets recycled into shoes, T-shirts, jackets, furniture. Farmers are our friends. The mango that they grow and hence the pulp that we buy, earns us the distinction of being the largest institutional buyer of mango pulp in the world. The real fruit in Minute Maid is from the produce these farmers harvest. The milk in Minute Maid Smoothie is also from their dairy farm. At last count, there were 250,000 farmers, who were helping us stand on the podium. The next time you are having our beverage, remember the 3,900 distributors and 22 lakh retailers, who got it within your reach. Thank the 7,000 suppliers, vendors and partners, who keep the wheels churning and may be clap for the 8,000 associates, who always have your interest in their mind.

This year, HCCB took a meaningful step towards supporting a cleaner Mysuru Dasara. Through our 'Used PET Bottle Free Dasara Celebration' initiative, we teamed up with Anandana, The Coca-Cola India Foundation, and Y4D Foundation to collect empty PET bottles during the festival. Over 30 passionate volunteers spread out across key locations like Chamundi Hills and Aahara Mela, working tirelessly to collect and sort used PET bottles for recycling. Their efforts helped reduce waste and left the community cleaner after the celebrations. This initiative is a great example of how we can promote responsible celebrations. #MysuruDasara #CityofPalaces #NadaHabba #Mysuru #HCCB #Anandana #MaidaanSaaf #Sustainability #CSR #Recycling #CircularEconomy Himanshu Priyadarshi | Surojit Bose | Mukund Trivedy | Tusar Pattnaik | Shweta Punetha | Dikshant Dangwal | Nitesh Kumar | Vinod Jakati | Chiththarthan Nagarajan | Divya Aggarwal | Divya Singh | Sarableen (Sara) Kaur | Rajesh Ayapilla | Aahana Dhar

We all have moments when life feels overwhelming—when stress, anxiety, or sadness hits harder than usual. And guess what? That’s completely okay. You don’t have to have it all together all the time. Vulnerability isn’t weakness; it’s part of being human. However, holding these feelings inside only makes the weight heavier. Talk about it. Share your struggles with someone you trust. Seek help. Whether it’s a friend, family member, or a mental health professional—your feelings are valid, and you deserve support. This #MentalHealthMonth, let’s break the silence and remove the stigma. Let’s normalize the conversation around mental health because reaching out is a strength, not a burden. 🌿 Have you ever felt pressured always to be “okay”? Share your thoughts below, and let’s create a safe space for honest conversations. You are never alone. 🫂 #DontBottleItUp #MentalHealthMatters #SupportSystem #SelfCare #MentalHealthMonth

Last month was Learning Month at HCCB, and what a journey it’s been! Upskilling and embracing new skills are core to who we are, and our annual learning fest is how we celebrate that drive. This year’s #1HCCBLearningFest? Absolutely epic! 🙌 With 96% participation and over 52,000 hours of learning across classrooms, online, and mobile platforms, learning was everywhere! But we didn’t stop there – we gamified the whole experience. Teams were formed across zones and clusters, with rewards for every successful participation and learning engagement. This fun, competitive twist made Learning Month a huge success! We hosted 30 speakers from HCCB and industry who shared insights on leadership, culture, talent initiatives, and global best practices. Plus, exciting events like the Learner’s Premier League (a simulation contest) and Rang Manch (a skit competition) touched upon themes under DEI, Safety & Digital Transformation bringing out the best in everyone. We also launched digital quizzes, along with initiatives like Maze Runners and EKLAVYA for self-based digital learning. Associates were empowered to step up as trainers through the Dronacharya and People Door programs. The People Door program focused on mastering HCCB's key leadership behaviors, while another initiative - Beyond Boundaries, provided essential training for our front-line teams, ensuring they received a crucial skills boost. Additionally, our sign language session empowered associates to learn a new language and immediately apply their learnings, adding yet another valuable skill to their repertoire. A huge congrats to our winning teams: 🏆 HQ Support Commercial Team 🏆 Zone Karnataka & Kerala 🏆 South-East Cluster Together, we aim to keep leveling up our learning and growth! #HCCB #1HCCBLearningFest2024 #HCCBTalentAndLearning #BecomingTheBest Juan Pablo Rodriguez Trovato | Oscar Medina | Sunil Lobo | Laura Cardona | Hernando García Zuluaga | Himanshu Priyadarshi | Shalini Ratwatte | Saba Sharma | Yoginder Grewal | Ashley DSouza | Suhasini Raghuvanshi | Dhanpat Jain (DJ) | Raghunandan KC | Ashwini Andhale A special shoutout to our external speakers - Mili Srivastava | Arti Gusain | Manish Chowdhary | Kedar Vashi | Prabir Jha | Anand Tripathi | Eric James

In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it’s easy to let deadlines take the spotlight over our mental health. While reaching goals is crucial, putting self-care first is the key to long-lasting performance. Just as you manage your time for work, make time for rest, reflection, and recharging. ✨ This #MentalHealthMonth, let's normalize putting well-being first. Check in on yourself, talk openly about how you feel, and reach out for support when needed. Be mindful and encourage others to do the same. Remember, success isn’t just about completing tasks—it’s about feeling good while doing them. Take a breath. Take a break. You matter. 💚 #DontBottleItUp #MentalHealthMatters #SelfCare
