Was definitely more fun than I expected to host Naveen Tewari this weekend at The (Un)Conference. Hopefully everyone in the room enjoyed the candid insights from his journey at InMobi and Glance on building products for scale, being conscious about going global and how the product function may have to evolve with AI changing (or expected to change) the pace at which products are developed. Of course, as is the case with him always, Naveen was a sport, shared lots of great stories and how his characteristic insanity and chaos creation is the one thing he would never delegate to other mere mortals in the org :D .
