Launchpad Internship Program has closed it's application form!! In case you still have questions surrounding the next steps, continue reading on: 1. Applied and not been screened? - Our internal Launchpad team have scheduled multiple webinars over the next 1 week to orient you on the program and explain it to you. Once you clear the screening, your details will go into the HR database. 2. Screened but not interviewed? - Once your screening is successfully done, your details will be handed over to our team of HRs who will coordinate to ensure your interviews are done. As we have several students to interview, this will be a time-consuming process, so your patience is requested. 3. Interviewed but not sure if selected? - In case the HRs feel you will not be suited for the program, they will let you know during the course of your interview. In case they haven't informed your status over phone - you could be shortlisted. The HRs will roll out "Selection Letters" to your email ID to confirm your status. 4. Selection letter received but not offer letter? - Once the dates are fixed in stone, the details will be communicated with our payroll vendor who will then roll out "Offer Letters" a little closer to the date of joining.
