Consolidate the inputs in the form of Short Reports. • Developing credible Knowledge resources in the form of Short/Long Reports, Case- Studies, and Blogs to be published and shared with Stakeholders widely. • To write policy briefs for selective audiences and research papers suitable for publication in high-quality academic journals. • Development of agenda/notes for various activities including meetings/capacity building programs/workshops, conferences, preparing minutes, and dissemination. • Provide Qualitative Research Input for Business Proposals. Plan & Co-Ordinate Research Projects • Develop Plans and frameworks for Research Projects. • Identify and engage with stakeholders to carry out in-depth research with relevant. literature reviews, and research methodologies. This would include but not be limited to the development of Concept Notes, Proposals, and Framework for Stakeholder Input. • Work on research requests from senior researchers, discuss research needs, and prepare responses that synthesize and analyze information. Qualifications and Experience:- • Minimum 2 – 8 years of experience in the field of research, policy/industry engagement. • Background in development studies or related fields would be important. • Background in energy technology or related field would be important. • Experience in conducting research and analyzing data (Mixed methods) essential. • Strong capability to research, write, communicate, facilitate and present cogently to all levels with government, international agencies, industries, clients, and internal staff and management. • Significant experience working in international development settings with partners from multiple countries almost essential. • Authoring original work for academic journal papers, conference papers or technical reports would be useful but not essential. An eCooking training and capacity building was successfully conducted in Madanpur khadar with the Urban poor households of Delhi. The session was organised by the Cornerstone Knowledge Builders,Asar in partnership with MECS (MECS programme) through it’s in Country partner, Finovista. The 63 participants hailing from different #states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and other regions of the country consisted of migrant workers, daily wage labourers and Aanganwadi #employees of the area. The session was conducted in an interactive manner where the participants were made aware about different dimensions of electric cooking, its benefits, challenges, practicality, cost and efficiency. A live demonstration and #cooking was also held parallel to the session where the participants got the first-hand experience of cooking with electricity.
