We are delighted to announce that we now have a new majority shareholder, Ardian, investing for a new phase of growth, alongside BNP Paribas Developpement & our DIAM management. After a successful collaboration with Ardian between 2016 and 2018, DIAM Group · Retail & Merch Solutions has since continued to grow and strengthen its geographical positions, supported by EMZ Partners and a consortium of investors including BNP Développement, IDIA Capital Investissement and SOCADIF Capital Investissement. Our group employs over 3,200 people across 30 sites in 20 countries, offering local support all over the world. DIAM's growth stems from our geographic expansion, extended product range, and strong customer relationships. Recognized as front runners in CSR, we collaborate with beauty and luxury brands, providing comprehensive services from consulting and design to production, delivery, installation, and recycling. For over 50 years, we've partnered with top names like L'Oréal, LVMH, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Richemont, Shiseido, CHANEL, and independent brands.
