We are having Few openings in the Staples QA Team with multiple locations.  JD :- Base location & Openings will be :  Pune         : 01 (Pulses Background)   Mumbai       : 01 (Dry Fruits Background)   Indore        : 01 (Flours Background)   Unjha (Gujrat)  : 01 (Whole & Powder spices Background)  Education Qualification: B Tech / M Tech / BSC / MSC in Food Process & Technology  Experience: 4 yrs  Designation: Quality Assurance Executive or Sr. Executive Role & Responsibilities: 1: Competent to understand Quality Assurance (End to End - from Product to Process). 2: Should be Good knowledge of handling the Grocery & FMCG Products (Like: edible Oils - Mustard, Groundnut, Sesame etc and Staples : Pulses, Cereals & Cereals Products, Sweeteners, All Flours, Dry Fruits & Spices (Whole & Powder).   4: Soft & Good Communication skills. 5: Sound knowledge of understanding the Customer Complaints, Conducting the RCA and implementing the CAPA. 6: Should be free to travel very frequently 7: Understanding of Benchmark Exercise  8: Technical Understanding of the FSSAI 9: Competent to conduct Physio-chemico, Adulteration and cooking test.  10: Competent enough to handle and work on Microsoft office and Google drive. 11: Internal Auditing experience Interested candidates can mail:- riyagupta@countrydelight With proper subject line else the CV's / mails will not be considered.

Position:- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Job Overview:- The position of Customer Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for managing the development, implementation and enhancement of the partner Program. It requires frequent communication and to work closely with the partners for various activities and follow ups. The Customer Relationship Manager is expected to possess the following skill set: 1. Good communication in English and Tamil (for Hyd), and English, Hindi, Marathi (for Pune). 2. Should have Basic knowledge in Excel. 3.Maintain good relationship with the customers and to implement the activities we conduct through Country Delight 4.Brief and support the customers about the program organized by the company and get the feedback on weekly basis from the customers. 5.Contribute to continuous improvement of the program by giving suggestions, ideas and feedback on the program 6. Responsible to collect and present the data regarding how successful the program is in his/her region.
