You are now a part of an organization that is responsible not only for building and maintaining high-speed rail but also for driving transformation in public infrastructure and maintenance practices across our country.- Shri Vivek Kumar Gupta, MD/NHSRCL, while addressing a batch of 22 new joiners to NHSRCL, during 14th Induction Training Session at High Speed Rail Training Institute, Vadodara. The session was attended virtually by Director (TSM) Shri Vikas Chaube and other senior officials. This comprehensive induction program is designed to introduce the new joiners to NHSRCL and to also align them with the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Objectives. Shri Vivek Kumar Gupta spoke on the significance of integrity, discipline, and continuous learning. He also highlighted that professional competence will drive both, the organization and the country forward. He further referred to an old saying - "शस्त्र और शास्त्र – इनको कभी वश में नहीं समझना चाहिए," meaning that we must continuously seek knowledge and self-improvement. He encouraged everyone to seize every opportunity to learn and to support each other, building a robust network for collective growth. “I am genuinely excited to welcome fresh perspectives into the organization. The energy you bring will enrich our team and play a vital role in building a positive culture within our organization,” Shri Gupta further added. He also touched upon the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and nurturing relationships within the team.

Fifth steel bridge for the MAHSR Bullet Train project completed on 22nd Oct 2024! This 60 m long, 645 MT ‘Make in India’ steel bridge on the Bajva - Chhayapuri line in Gujarat, standing tall at a pier height of 23.5 m, was fabricated in Bhachau and meticulously installed on-site for India’s high-speed rail journey.

All nine river bridges between Vapi and Surat Bullet Train Stations on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor are now complete. The recently completed Kharera River bridge in Navsari district spans 120 meters, bringing the total to 12 completed river bridges out of 20 in Gujarat.
