The quest for knowledge is never ending... I recently had the privilege to participate in a 2-day International workshop on HACCP at Bell Foods Group of Companies, Kochi. It was truly an enriching experience, connecting with numerous experts in the Food Technology field. The workshop featured knowledge-packed interactive sessions on HACCP methodologies, Food industry audits, packaging, and labeling, among others.
