In our perpetual journey of maximizing the potential of women at Flipkart, we recently concluded the 4th successful edition of Catalyze - Women Development Journey. Designed to empower women towards taking leadership roles and enabling them to overcome roadblocks and challenges, participants underwent a 4-6 months curated learning program that included diagnostic assessment, introspective sessions on roadblocks and mindsets, women leadership workshops and 1:1 coaching. Catalyze program has been conceptualized and delivered in partnership with Ask Insights, led by Dr. Niru Kumar, renowned Padma Shri Awardee for her work in the field of Diversity & Inclusion, and a National Icon and Board member with the Election Commission of India. Having partnered with Flipkart for 3 successful Catalyze journeys already, Dr. Niru addressed the audience at the Grand Finale on the importance of applying the learnings from the program into their everyday lives, to keep the fire burning, to be together in sisterhood and always being a Catalyst for others. Richa Verma Agrawal also shared her leadership journey and talked about making decisions with great confidence under pressure, and how to handle failures. Also, Varadharaju Janardhanan addressed the need to continue building upon the momentum of the program and its learnings, and the need to sustain such initiatives for the larger purpose of empowerment through such networks.
