We are excited to share an important milestone in our journey at #AllegionIndia!    Recently, our #India #Leadership team gathered for a transformative two-day offsite led by Sarah Krisch, our Director of Team Effectiveness and Employee Coaching.   The workshop focused on understanding and leveraging each other's strengths while embracing vulnerability as a source of strength, not weakness. It was an inspiring reminder of how openness fosters trust and drives team effectiveness. We also delved into breaking down barriers that hinder collaboration, emphasizing the importance of providing and receiving constructive feedback. By creating a culture that values feedback, we're enhancing our ability to learn, grow, and excel together as a unified team.   At #Allegion, we're committed to investing in the leadership's development at all levels. In an attempt to help a #Firmware #Engineer improve their aptitude in the sphere of embedded systems, Sanjay D, a firmware manager at #AllegionIndia, lists down 5 essential skills and the ways to utilize them.

As a part of #CSR initiatives #2024, #AllegionIndia collaborated with the RK Foundation to install 7 RO water purifiers and Toilet blocks in #government schools. As a result of this initiative, the students and staff of these schools have access to cleaner water which has made a positive impact on their health and education. Due to the lack of access to clean, safe drinking water, parents often hesitate to send their children to school, fearing the consequences of contaminated water. We look forward to a monumental change in this sentiment. Over the course of several weeks, a dedicated team worked tirelessly to install 7 state-of-the-art reverse osmosis (RO) water purifiers throughout the school. The day the purifiers were unveiled, the atmosphere was filled with joy and relief. Students, once wary of the water they consumed, now eagerly filled their cups, their faces lighting up with gratitude. This collaboration of #AllegionIndia and the RK Foundation stands as a testament to the power of #corporatesocialresponsibility. As a fundamental need in the community was addressed, not only did the physical well-being of the students and staff improve but has also empowered them to pursue their #educational dreams with renewed vigor and optimism.
