Skittles apologised to over 130k people. For a flavour change, they did in their candy. - In 2013 Skittles replaced their green colour lime flavoured candy with green apple, and people have hated the flavour for around a decade. - Until recently when Skittles decided to switch back their green colour candy to lime, but to announce their change, they had to go loud! - And what better way to go loud than to host a press event. They went live on Twitch and amassed 100's of thousands of viewers, wherein their executive apologised to tweets of people complaining about the flavour. - Not only that, Skittles rented out billboards in Times Square to announce how they were sorry for their mistake and that green lime was back. - They even made a web page, mentioning the names of people who complained about the flavour and apologised to them.
