Manager-operations (BPO Process) Job Title: Assistant Manager (US Healthcare) Minimum Experience: 1 year experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in BPO industry Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala Shift: US Process/Night Shift Working Days: 5 days per week Salary Range: ₹35,000/- to ₹55,000/- per month Excellent English fluency, both verbal and written. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure all Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics are met. 2.
