The Annual Core team meeting of Able Design and Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. for the year 2023-24 was held on 4th May at Denissons hotel, Hubballi. The meeting commenced with a warm welcome from Mrs. Jessie Lynda, setting a congenial atmosphere. Mrs. Sanjeevani’s prayer song infused a sense of spirituality, invoking blessings for the proceedings. Mr. Jagadish Hiremath, the MD, then presented the Annual Report of the previous year, providing insights into the organization's performance. His comprehensive review provided a deep understanding of the organization's accomplishments, challenges, and future prospects, offering valuable insights for all stakeholders present. In discussing the outlook for 2024-25, the MD emphasized the growth of overseas business and advancements in infrastructure. Subsequently, representatives from each department stepped forward to showcase their accomplishments in the year 2023-24. With pride evident in their voices, they detailed their departmental achievements, underscoring the collective effort that drove success. Moreover, they unveiled their strategic plans for the financial year 2024-25, laying out a roadmap for future growth and innovation. Mr. Ravikumar Angadi, renowned for his expertise in leadership dynamics, conducted a specialized training program aimed at fortifying the leadership capabilities within the team. The session was not just about presentations; it encouraged active participation through an open discussion platform, facilitating diverse viewpoints and collaborative problem-solving. In recognition of their contributions, all core team members received gifts as tokens of appreciation during the meeting. As the meeting drew to a close, our MD delivered the vision and summarized the final remarks for 2023-24, which was followed by a session of high tea.
