SYNOPSIS:

Each of the Playing Card Suits owns and operates one of the top casinos — Diyamantes, Bastons, Espadas, and Pusos — in a fictional Filipino city with a booming gambling industry. 

Hearts has been brutally butchered and killed. Diamonds, Clubs, and Spades are now investigating the crime scene.

HEARTS

Her two hearts, both of which are required for the ritual to select her successor, are missing. Where can the hearts have gone?

SPADES

He turns green and regurgitates breakfast at the sight of the corpse. Rumor goes that he and Hearts were cozying up prior to her passing.

CLUBS

They received the phone call announcing the crime and now remain preternaturally peaceful despite all that has transpired.

DIAMONDS

Given that her casino has historically generated the most earnings, she never did think much of Hearts’ humble profits. Or did she?
