    Leading a comprehensive transformation in the company's core methodology to transform the matrix design to a full network structure. The project included the analysis stage, design process, full implementation, and complete hand-over with mid and long-term continuance development. The central project component focused on the precise definition of the workflow core elements and the accurate integration between them. In under four months, the change improved the efficiency in over 20% and the utilization of storage area over 10%. The ability to create new resources also leads to quality improvement in almost all fields of work and the unique ability for further strategic developments.
