The Shlomo Group remembers the October 7th, honoring the fallen and holding hope for the hostages' return.🎗️

As Rosh Hashanah approaches, we at Shlomo couldn't be more grateful for what we've achieved over the past year. That said, we also remain united, hoping for a more peaceful and secure year ahead. Continuing our long-standing tradition, we gathered at our headquarters last week for a heartfelt toast to mark the Jewish New Year. Our team came together to share warm wishes and connect. To commemorate the occasion, and for the 10th consecutive year since our visionary founder Shlomo Shmeltzer's passing, we had the honor of awarding four exceptional employees with undergraduate grants in the name of The Shlomo Shmeltzer Memorial Scholarship Fund. These grants included: ✔️ Two for the Tel Aviv University School of Music (Young Musicians Fund) ✔️ One for the son of a veteran employee with over 37 years at Shlomo. ✔️ Another for the son of a veteran employee with over 17 years at Shlomo. At the event, Atalya Shmeltzer, Shlomo Group President, and Asi Shmeltzer, Chairman of Shlomo Holdings Ltd., delivered a speech for the holiday, wished everyone the best for the coming year and awarded our employees with the special scholarships. From all of us at Shlomo, we extend our sincerest wishes for a peaceful and fulfilling New Year.

Spanning 5,000 sqm of office space and 2,500 sqm of parking, this highly fortified structure stands as one of the most secure civilian buildings in the country. A Day in the Life: As CEO, Kobi is all about hands-on leadership, overseeing operations, and ensuring our division run smoothly. His positive energy and unshakeable optimism are the driving forces that keep the team motivated and the work environment lively. What He Loves About His Role: For Kobi, it’s all about the people and the challenges. He finds joy in watching his team members succeed and grow, and takes pride in developing employees to their fullest potential. One Thing He Loves Less: Losing 🙂 Challenges of the Job: The biggest challenge? Providing top-notch, quality service to a wide variety of customers with diverse needs. But Kobi’s got it under control, meeting these demands with resilience and a smile. Proudest Achievements: On the personal front, Kobi is proud of his family and considers his wife and children his greatest accomplishments. Professionally, he’s proud of his employees, who continue to strive for excellence and achieve great results. One and A Half Things Kobi's Really Good At: Kobi has a knack for reading people, even when they’re not saying a word. His mantra as a leader: “Better to be smart rather than right.” Oh, and he’s pretty good at football (AKA: soccer), too. If He Weren’t a CEO: Kobi would probably coach Israel’s national soccer team as no other team will do- he’s a true Zionist and loves his country. Morning Routine: Kobi starts his day with a workout. If he misses it, his whole day feels off balance. Three Things You (Probably) Didn’t Know About Kobi: ✔️ He’s a certified soccer coach ✔️ He cries during movies and sometimes even with reality shows like Master Chef ✔️ His dad is a contractor, but Kobi can’t hang a picture on the wall Three Things He’d Take to a Deserted Island: 1.   A good bottle of wine 2.   A management book 3.   Tefillin Favorite Movies/Shows/Books: Management books top his list, but when it comes to TV, he prefers reality shows and trash TV—because after a "serious" day at work, we all need some light entertainment… Music Preferences: For Kobi, it's all Hebrew music, from classics to contemporary hits and everything from Aviv Geffen to Eyal Golan. Last Book He Read: Surrounded by Idiots by Thomas Erikson Hidden Talents and Hobbies: He's a die-hard sports fan, especially football Favorite Food: Schnitzel and fries, with a weakness for bourekas, the popular (and oh so fattening!😊) baked pastry Coffee or Tea? Coffee How He Spends His Free Time: With his family, of course. As cliché as it may sound, for Kobi, there’s nothing better. And when he’s not with them, you can find him playing sports, traveling abroad, or enjoying a good meal at a nice restaurant. From all of us at Shlomo, thank you Kobi for your dedication and commitment to success, and for being the wrench of our division!

As a family-oriented company, we know the importance of giving back to others. Inspired by these values, we happily participated in the national "Schoolbag for Every Student" project this week as part of our ongoing "Shlomo for the Community" initiative. Our goal? To help ensure that EVERY student in Israel has a proper schoolbag for the upcoming year, regardless of their financial situation. Dozens of Shlomo employees participated in this charitable cause, donated school bags and other school supplies, and provided a bag of happiness (pun intended J) to Israeli families and children less fortunate. Together, we'll continue to ensure that all students and pupils in Israel have a successful school year!  

Last week, we held one of our favorite annual traditions here at Shlomo. Yes, we're talking about 'Happy Day'! A jam-packed event full of fun and surprises in honor of our Shlomo mommies, daddies, and especially, their real-life bosses. And by real-life bosses, we obviously mean their adorable boys and girls who are moving on to become first graders 😉 To make Happy Day even happier, we invited special guest host Liron the Clown, who delivered smiles all around. We wrapped up the day and presented the children with the ultimate gift for any rising first grader - a new school bag! From our family to yours, thank you all for making this day truly happy!
