Remilk is On the Hill 🤩 🤝 We were honored to participate in the Congressional fly-in hosted by the Precision Fermentation Alliance. Sharing the promise of #PrecisionFermentation with #policymakers is vital for the future of our sector. We met with Members of #Congress and staff from both sides of the aisle to share the tremendous value that Precision Fermentation offers, on numerous topics ranging from #consumerchoices to diversifying the ingredient #supplychain. The interest in precision fermented ingredients was palpable.  🍽 At a reception and briefing the PFA hosted on Capitol Hill, Congressional staffers from both Houses and both parties attended. They were briefed by PFA Executive Director, Tony Pavel, and were treated to delicious samples made using precision fermentation. The Remilk #creamcheese was a big hit! #realdairynocows #futureoffood #futureofdairy #greenfuture #policy
