It's shake time in Israel. Grower's in Kibbutz Ein-Harod have started shaking the first plots in their almond orchard, as captured by our own Ynon Nevo. Phytech's dendrometers (tree-sensors) help growers optimize this important stage by avoiding trunk barking (usually because of excessive moisture in the tree) and also ensuring uniform drying before the shake.
