How many HRBPs do I need? 🤔 ...Well- we have the answer! 🎉 Thanks to the data that we have at Compete and our new platform - Strategic Workforce Planning (spoiler 😉 ), it's crystal clear that the ratio between HRBP to the number of your employees is lower the bigger the company is. There are almost 2 HRBPs per 100 employees in a 100 ppl company rather than only 1 HRBP per 100 employees in a 1,000 ppl company.
