Latest Update from BOB FoodTech Today at Tel Aviv University, captured in a significant photo with our CSO and technology pioneer Ehud Gazit, our CEO Tal Malca Salhuv, our, CTO Dor Zaguri, and our senior scientist Dor Rafael, we are pleased to share progress on scaling up a technology that originated from Ramot - Tel Aviv University's Tech Transfer Company . We hold exclusive worldwide licensing rights to this proprietary patented technology in the food industry and have filed for PCTs in Europe, the US, Singapore, and Israel. Our technology addresses the significant challenge of high growth media costs, in cultivated meat production. At BOB FoodTech, we've developed a method to efficiently clean growth media of toxins, halving costs and significantly accelerating time-to-market for cultivated products. Our first application focuses on lactate elimination, enhancing sustainability and efficiency in the cultivated sector. #CellularAgriculture #sustainability #cultivatedmeat

This Sunday marked an important milestone as we kicked off our journey with MassChallenge Accelerator. It was a day filled with insightful workshops led by industry experts, including some fantastic sessions with Wendy Singer, Helen Gottstein,  Aaron Zucker, Shifra Stearman, Michael Ben-Shimon, and more. Moreover, the opportunity to connect with diverse individuals was invaluable. We met passionate entrepreneurs, seasoned mentors, and potential collaborators who are eager to support our startup's growth.
