Genuinely the best pillow I’ve had to date! I’m a back sleeper (due to being susceptible to bad backs) and it supports my shoulders, neck and head perfectly and it gently supports/holds the sides of my head just enough to stop me fidgeting and rolling on my side while I’m asleep. I’ve never had such still night sleeps before!
This week we have taken delivery of both our new mattress and pillows. We have never slept on anything so comfortable in our lives. Although expensive, the quality of sleep since we have had them has been wonderful so worth every penny!
Delivery was Fantastic- great communication and updates on drivers progress with a 1 hour window which they arrived on time even with awful weather and terrible local traffic. Mattress is great - firm, thick and feels like a good investment. Almost 1 week in I wish we’d done this months ago! Very happy customer. I just hope we get the longevity of the quality product we’ve paid for! Watch this space!
The bag for the mattress came quickly. The delivery guys gave constant updates and were very friendly on delivery and collection of our old mattress. Our simba mattress is super comfortable and the pillows, duvet and mattress protector are thick and high quality.

I bought a Hybrid Firm pillow expecting it to be better than the hybrid pillow. Alas it isn’t the firm layer is ok the problem is the other two layers inside. They’re too thin and need to be a bit thicker.
You’d be better off with a hybrid pillow and buying some extra nanocubes.

Ordered a mattress which was delivered quickly. After 40 days of use it began to dip in the middle and become less supportive and decided it wasn’t for me. Decided to return the item and it was collected without fuss. Unfortunately I am still waiting to be refunded after 2 weeks and have started to chase Simba for my refund which I am not happy about. The terms state refunds within 7-14 days which has now passed.

First of all when they delivered the mattress I was expecting the removal of the old one. But they said no. Then I must say it is a bit too bouncy I am still not sure I have made the right choice and I am still waking up with back pain.

I heard and saw many advertisements on Simba mattresses. Mine was on its last legs, so I started looking for a replacement. Well the Simba mattresses stood out, so I thought I would take a chance. I am glad I did, boy this is the most comfortable mattress I have had, it takes a little time to get use too. But when you do, oh my comfy and sleep like a log. Thanks Simba Team.

Utter clowns. Delivery was due to my parents who are in their 70’s. They stripped the bed and cleared furniture. At 6pm when it hadn’t arrived, I tried to call the courier who didn’t answer as their phone lines close at 4pm. No way of contacting Simba except for an AI chat bot who could only say that the computer said it was still due. It didn’t arrive and my elderly parents went to bed at 11pm and slept cold under a throw as they were too tired to make the bed. Want to cancel the order and the incompetent twits at Simba say it will take them 3 days to confirm. They can confirm immediately when they’re taking your money but otherwise they just don’t care. Next stop trading standards. I have a simba mattress at my parents house and a tempur at home. Incompetence aside, the tempur is genuinely a nicer mattress. Don’t waste your time and money with Simba

I purchased this mattress expecting luxury and comfort, but unfortunately, it hasn't lived up to the hype. Despite having used it for over three weeks, the strong chemical smell is still lingering, making it hard to fully enjoy the comfort it's supposed to provide. The odor has not dissipated at all, even after airing it out and using mattress protectors.
While the mattress itself feels decent in terms of support and comfort, the persistent smell is a major drawback, especially for a product at this price point. I expected much better quality control and attention to detail for such an expensive item.
If you're sensitive to strong odors or are expecting a mattress that’s immediately ready for use without any off-putting smells, I’d advise caution. Sadly, I can't recommend it based on my experience.
