Eight month strategy MBA consulting project with National Toll Roads (NTR). Followed three step process:
1. Analyzed NTR’s diversified industry environment by using range of strategy frameworks and interviewing key industry participants, including analysts and NTR competitors.
2. Secondly, we undertook a forensic examination of NTR's current and past strategy, HR function, investor relations, and financial performance. Included interviews with NTR’s management team. Purpose was to diagnose, using the latest management frameworks, the key strategic challanges NTR faced,
3. Thirdly, working with NTR’s management team, we developed an implementation plan to provide a solution to the single most important strategic challenge. This was the issue of diversification and the implication for a firm's investor value proposition.

Outcome: In terms of scale the final report was over 150 pages and received first class honours from Trinity academic/ practitioner panel.
