💥 POWER-E-COM Irish partners Tipperary Energy Agency , Technological University of the Shannon and Community Power Ireland🌞 were thrilled to launch CATALYST - An Energy Communities Transition Office in Ireland which is hosted in our website. CATALYST aims to support existing and emerging communities and empowering them in community-led renewable energy generation projects. 💥 The launch took place in the SustainableTipp forum - a collaborative platform of networks and organisations, each with their own public facing role and responsibilities in County Tipperary working together towards achieving a sustainable and low carbon economy. 🎉 🎉🎉 For more details go on to https://lnkd.in/e6isysKQ You can also read more about this initiative in our upcoming newsletter!

I enrolled in the TUS Certificate in Community Energy Development to enhance my knowledge of sustainable energy technologies/solutions available to communities, and to learn from others participating in this area. This course was engaging, challenging and informative and was delivered by a flexible blended model. In particular, I found the site visits highly instructive and the on-line lectures engaging and sociable". 80% fee subsidy for eligible learners.
