We’re putting food service at the forefront of climate solutions at COP29 Azerbaijan. 🌍 At COP28 UAE, Nutritics collaborated with the UNFCCC, Chefs Manifesto, and the SDG2 Advocacy Hub on the Climate Conscious Catering initiative, setting a new benchmark for sustainable event catering. By tracking carbon and water footprints, supporting delivery of the first 1.5 degree aligned menu, and ensuring transparency on nutrition and allergens, we helped COP28 achieve ISO 20121 certification for responsible practices. As we move into COP29, our Sustainability Lead, Dr. Laura Kirwan PhD, will discuss how data-driven insights enable foodservice operators to make sustainability a measurable reality. By bringing food systems into the climate conversation, we’re making it easier for operators to drive meaningful change that lasts. Stay tuned as we continue to showcase how sustainability can be both practical and transformative for the future of foodservice. #COP29 #COP28 #Climateresilience

Our dedication to #ESG is at the heart of our mission and values as an organisation. Underpinned by our Be Well. Do Well. plan, we continue to make great strides on this journey. This week is a perfect showcase of our progress. From team growth to industry recognition and thought leadership, we’ve been busy with all things ESG - just how we like it! 🌎 We're delighted to welcome Lauren Johnson to the ESG team as our new Social Value Executive. Lauren’s dedication to advancing our social value initiatives and building on the remarkable activities taking place across our business is pivotal to our CSR journey. 🌎 We're pleased to have been shortlisted for the waste2zero Awards in the Best Food Waste Prevention Project category. This is in recognition of our ongoing #WipeOutWaste campaign. Focused on the principles of “reduce, reuse, and recycle,” this campaign targets key areas where waste is most prevalent, including food waste, recycling, surplus food management, and packaging. We are incredibly proud of the positive impact this initiative continues to make across our business and for our clients. 🌎 Our Head of ESG, Georgina Camfield, spoke at UKHospitality’s Environmental Sustainability Seminar in partnership with Nutritics. Gina explored how harnessing the power of people and technology can transform operations and reduce the carbon impact of menus. Aramark
