This week we celebrated a pivotal moment for inclusion with the launch of The Crown Estate and Grosvenor's Inclusive Spaces and Places initiative! These commitments are poised to drive transformative change in the industry, raising the bar for inclusive design in real estate. Together, we can motivate others to make inclusivity a fundamental aspect of their projects. Mobility Mojo is fully committed to driving this change forward. #Inclusivity #Accessibility #Diversity #RealEstate

Last week was incredible as Disability:IN spent time with our friends at WEConnect International, attending the Europe Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Conference hosted by Disneyland Paris. This first-of-its-kind event convened supplier diversity advocacy organizations, diverse-owned businesses, and government and corporate representatives worldwide, creating meaningful business opportunities between corporations, diverse vendors, and stakeholders. With over 600 attendees, we loved reconnecting with Disability:IN Corporate Partners and #DisabilityOwned Business Enterprises (#DOBEs) within our larger community! A few notable moments from the conference include:   A powerful keynote speech from Sumaira Latif (of Procter & Gamble). The P&G Inclusive Design Event highlighting diverse disability experiences with daily consumer products. Our very own Jeff Wissel provided welcome remarks during the opening evening reception hosted by Disability:IN. Disability:IN Certified DOBE, Mobility Mojo stole the show and received lots of interest during the conference exhibit. Thank you to WEConnect International and Disneyland Paris for creating an inclusive event for people with #Disabilities. We are energized and ready to get back to work! #WECONNECTED [ID1: (From left to right:) Kamila Kozikowski, Anna Hakobyan, Peter Zerp, Philip Devliegher, and Lushentha Naidoo pose for a photo in front of a branded wall that has a map of the world with repeating WEConnect logos. Co-Founder & CEO at Quan || Placing well-being at the heart of success

It was an absolute honour to MC the opening day of the WEConnect International European conference. In business it’s not always about what you know but who you know. The theme of the event is “action” and that discussion alone is not enough to drive money into the hands of women business owners. It is heartening to see big brands including Accenture, Johnson & Johnson, CBRE, Bayer, MSD, Amazon and The Walt Disney Company sitting side-by-side with small businesses and talking about how they have opened doors, mentored, piloted and expanded the use of products and services. This conference I learned about what “being inclusive” truly means from my friends at Disability:IN. They coached me on how to welcome guests and choose my words and actions wisely for people with different needs. A shoutout to the amazing team at Mobility Mojo who have developed revolutionary tech that creates a new standard to measure accessibility. A shout out also to the government agencies and bodies mostly led by ex-corporate leaders that took paycuts because they want to make the business world more equitable. I see what you do, and I see you fight alongside the founders. I appreciate your efforts to connect founders with buyers and create platforms to amplify their stories. It’s hard enough coming up with a great idea, let alone turning it into a business which employs and delivers value to hundreds, thousands if not millions of people. We all need a bit of tailwind. Thank you Elizabeth Vazquez and Jerome F. for giving me a backstage pass to recognise the allies creating it. CEO Mobility Mojo | Global Inclusion / Accessibility Leader | International Speaker

🌍✨ Yesterday, we celebrated the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, recognizing the strength, resilience, and achievements of the 1.3 billion individuals around the world living with disabilities. 🌈💪 While it's crucial to applaud the progress the world has made in breaking down barriers, it's equally important to acknowledge that there's still SO MUCH work to be done. Every person deserves a world where their potential is recognized, and their contributions are valued. 🌟 I feel privileged to lead an incredible team dedicated to supporting that idea. 🚀 We believe in a future where opportunities are not limited by physical or societal barriers but are boundless for every individual. 🌐💙 However, to truly make a difference, collaboration is key. We invite everyone to join us in this endeavor. 🌺 Let's take meaningful actions to ensure that the International Day of Persons with Disabilities becomes a catalyst for lasting change. Together, we can build a more inclusive and accessible world for all. 🌍🌈 #IDPD #InclusionMatters #EmpowerWithAbility Shauna P. Beatriz Afonso Noelle Daly Patrick Hickey Richard Long
