Our next Irish Pharmacy Awards Finalist is our dedicated Pharmacy Technician at LloydsPharmacy Nutgrove, Sophie Boylan, who has been honoured with a nomination for the Alliance Community Pharmacy Technician of the Year. 🎉 Sophie has developed close relationships with our patients, and on numerous occasions has gone above and beyond to help them. The fact that many of our patients request to directly deal with her is testament to that fact and shows how valued she is in our community. Sophie has shown fantastic leadership and decision-making skills, which are rare qualities to have in a young person starting out in their career, but extremely important to have as a pharmacy technician. Sophie has also shown fantastic tutoring skills with our current and previous Dispensary Assistant Programme students, and second, fourth- and fifth-year pharmacy students. During her time with us, Sophie has shown a keen interest in passing on her own knowledge and skills to students and colleagues in training them to a high standard, which is something that we at LloydsPharmacy admire.
