Meet one of our technical leads, Curtis Marshall 👋 With a bachelor's degree in computing and background as a support analyst and software engineer, Curtis has worn many hats to help and supercharge our customers' daily operations. His compassionate and upbeat personality shines through in everything he does. Always ready to lend a helping hand, his supportive spirit is a perfect match for small hoteliers. Plus, as he celebrates his 10th year with us, he is a treasure trove of knowledge and experience. The best part of his job? Curtis says it's "being able to learn something new every day and helping our hotelier customers better manage their business and livelihood". Hear, hear, Curtis! When he’s not coding, you’ll find him indulging in his passions for cars, especially his Tesla, computers and road trips with is wife and dog. As for his next adventure? New Zealand awaits at the end of the year with some smaller road trips in between 🇳🇿

Meet our onboarding manager in Dallas, Elise Endert! 👋 With a background in communications and a passion for education, Elise is all about guiding our customers through their journey with us. With boundless energy, she makes sure our customers not only understand our software but also thrive using it. And, as she approaches her 8-year work anniversary, Elise reflects on what makes her work meaningful: “Developing close relationships with customers, even crossing paths with some during my vacations.” When she’s not busy setting our customers up for success, you’ll find Elise exploring the great outdoors, hiking and kayaking with her twin sister. As for her next adventure? The West is calling, and Elise will soon be taking a train through Colorado Rockies and Utah Red Rocks ⛰️ 🛤️

Everyone, meet our senior product owner, Lahiru Paranamana! 👋 As a chartered management accountant and certified scrum product owner, he's a problem-solving tech-savvy guru! Starting his day with a lactose-free cappuccino and a perfectly-paired croissant, Lahiru's all about staying connected and ready to tackle any challenge. He isn't afraid to dive into problems and make sure our customers' needs aren't just met, but exceeded. In fact, Lahiru's passion is understanding the ins-and-outs of the small accommodation industry, ensuring that our customers' voices are heard loud and clear. For Lahiru, the most rewarding aspect of his job is getting to connect with small hoteliers during vacations, where he sees firsthand how Little Hotelier positively impacts their operations. It's those moments that truly light up his day! And, Lahiru isn't just all work and no play. When he's not it in the office, you'll find him dominating the badminton court, dedicating a whopping nine hours a week to his favourite sport. That's dedication, right? We're out of breath just thinking about it. As for his next adventure, Lahiru's got his sights set on Legazpi in the Philippines.
