Designed by Van Dijk Architects, the housing units will feature a mix of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom options to meet diverse housing needs. The project also includes roadways, parking, a bin store, and landscaped amenity areas. Hayes Higgins Partnership are the Consulting Engineers.
