Beautiful day in Tipperary as seen from our Enercon E70 machines at our 11.5MW An Cnoc wind farm. The wind farm’s revenues are contracted under the REFIT 2 scheme, providing a long-term guaranteed minimum floor price for generation until 2032. This photo was taken recently by our asset manager Bill Shannon during his annual climb down of the turbines. Our asset managers plan to carry out climb down inspections on every one of our portfolio wind farms in 2024. Let’s hope each day is as nice as this one! #WindFarm #RenewableEnergy

We are delighted to announce the signing of a 10-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Keppel DC REIT for our Ballybane Phase 1 wind farm, in County Cork. The wind farm has an annual output of 67 GWh of renewable energy, of which Keppel DC REIT will purchase 100% of the electricity generated. This partnership evidences the significant opportunity for Greencoat Renewables, as the largest operator of wind assets in Ireland, to provide renewable electricity to the growing Irish data centre market. As fixed price incentive regimes conclude and demand for green energy increases, Greencoat Renewables expects to continue to deliver PPAs with large, highly reputable counterparties such as Keppel DC REIT, as part of its core strategy. #CorporatePPA #Renewables #RenewableEnergy #DataCentres
