We’re delighted to introduce HPC as a key partner for our Breakfast News series. For more than forty years, HPC has provided a competitive advantage for businesses through bespoke people development solutions. They deliver behavioural change at individual, team and organisational level through innovative and highly practical solutions that include: Leadership, Management & Graduate Development and Executive & Team Coaching. Head of Talent Consulting, Kevin Hannigan will take the lead on one of our event panel discussions. He works with Irish and International clients to develop, deliver and evaluate bespoke solutions that drive performance across their business. Learn more about Kevin here: https://lnkd.in/emQDPE8k Last year’s collaborative HPC & AON report on Early Careers in Ireland reported that organisations invested significant time in ensuring that their culture was reflected in graduate attraction and recruitment activities. However, they were less concerned about reflecting their culture as part of graduate development. At next Tuesday’s Breakfast News event in the Mayson Hotel, Kevin will chair a panel discussion on the importance of integrating your organisational culture into your graduate development efforts. He will be joined by two Learning and Development Managers - Gareth McLaughlin, MCIPD from An Post and Katie Dunne from Applegreen - to discuss how their graduate programmes reflect their distinct organisational cultures.
