Thanks very much to GK Media Ltd. for this terrific video they put together for our nomination as finalists in the #GCBizAwards. It was great to show some of the behind the scenes work we're doing to develop Tight Alright - a connected-health device for improving the application and maintenance of gold-standard compression therapy in the treatment of venous leg ulcers. We have an ambition to realise the full potential of compression therapy through safety, efficacy, and empowerment. #connectedhealth #tightalright #woundcare #digitalhealth #compression

Developing Tight Alright - a pressure sensing, connected-health device for measuring & monitoring sub-bandage pressure.
About us
FeelTect’s technology, Tight Alright, is a pressure sensing, connected-health device for measuring and monitoring sub-bandage pressure during compression therapy, primarily for the millions of people worldwide with venous leg ulcers (VLUs). Compression is a proven therapy for VLUs, however if it’s applied too loose, it’s ineffective, and if it’s too tight, it’s dangerous. Yet studies have shown that it can be extremely difficult for experienced healthcare professionals to achieve a targeted pressure with existing products. As such, Tight Alright aims to improve the application and maintenance of evidence-based compression therapy, ensuring safety while reducing healing times.

A brilliant start to our latest clinical study with Home Wound Care, first recruited patient totally healed!!! The kind gesture of gratitude shown by the patient is a testiment to the fantastic work of the study team, and the profound positive impact our Tight Alright technology can deliver 🙌 😊 #woundcare #compressiontherapy #tightalright #connectedhealth
We couldn’t have hoped for a better start to FeelTect’s latest clinical study with Home Wound Care! Yesterday marked the completion of our first recruited patient, who entered our study with a venous leg ulcer that hadn’t healed in over 8 months. After 8 weeks treatment with Tight Alright monitored compression therapy, the wound has completely healed! I’m not sure how common it is for the study team to receive flowers from a study participant but it definitely reflects our own appreciation for the work the team at Home Wound Care is doing. This gratitude is also what drives our ambition – to develop technology that delivers profound positive impacts for patients 😊. #woundcare #compressiontherapy #tightalright #connectedhealth

Our Co-Founder & CEO, Andrew Cameron, will be attending #LSIEurope24 in September to showcase the company's significant recent achievements and our vision for the future of tech-enabled, data-driven wound care. Thanks to the LSI team for their continued support!
FeelTect (#LSIEurope24 Innovator) has developed Tight Alright, a pressure sensing, connected-health device for measuring and monitoring sub-bandage pressure during compression therapy, primarily for the millions of people worldwide with venous leg ulcers (VLUs). Compression is a proven therapy for VLUs however, if it’s applied too loose, it’s ineffective, and if it’s too tight, it’s dangerous. Tight Alright aims to improve the application and maintenance of evidence-based compression therapy, ensuring safety while reducing healing times. 🌟 FeelTect has recently achieved several major milestones including: • Closed a €1.2M seed round (June 2022) and a €1.8M pre-Series A round (December 2023). Looking to open a €3.5M Series A round in September 2024 to scale commercialization in USA, Germany, UK, and Switzerland. • Expanded the team with five new hires between Q4 2023 – Q1 2024, across technical, clinical and project management roles. • Won top prize of €10,000 at the European Wound Management Association (EWMA) Innovation Forum • Completed a clinical case series in the UK with Tight Alright guided treatment enabling up to 38.5% wound area reduction in just three weeks for patients with >12-month non-healing venous leg ulcers. • Commenced a multi-site pilot in Switzerland aimed at preparing the Tight Alright technology for Swiss reimbursement and first sales in patients treated with compression therapy. • Commenced enrollment of first patients in an 8-week cross-over study comparing the healing rates achieved using Tight Alright guided and monitored compression therapy, versus the standard of care. • Secured a €4.6M non-dilutive consortium grant to develop next generation of Tight Alright digital platform to include additional data inputs and modeling, for the first real-time, evidence-based clinical decision support system in wound care. • Registered the Tight Alright technology with FDA (Class I, 510K exempt) and CE Mark (Class I) for US and EU markets, respectively. We’re excited to announce that CEO, Dr. Andrew Cameron has been selected to present FeelTect at LSI Europe ‘24 this September 16-20th in Sintra, Portugal. Join us in Portugal to meet with Andrew and learn more about FeelTect.

Another company milestone achieved with the launch of a pilot series in Switzerland 🇨🇭 this week! These early introductions to the Swiss market, with key clinical experts over multiple sites, will help to solidify ideal use cases for our #TightAlright technology, whilst validating the importance of sub-bandage pressure to effective compression therapy. Thanks to Eduardo Theiler for making this happen! 🙏🙌 #woundcare #compressiontherapy #connectedhealth
We're on a high after an action-packed couple days in Switzerland 🇨🇭, kicking off pilots for our #TightAlright technology in Ticino, Kreuzlingen, and Thun! These pilots will be of huge value to FeelTect, helping to identify and validate use cases for our technology's ability to optimize compression therapy - inside and outside the clinical setting. A huge thank you to our good friend and expert guide, Eduardo Theiler, who made key introductions, drove over 900 km, and provided excellent company for the last couple days, we're extremely grateful 🙏. We're also grateful for our clinical collaborators, who have already provided valuable insights and encouragement.
