    Siamo orgogliosi di condividere con voi la conclusione della prima fase del progetto ManagerLab, il progetto di sviluppo dedicato alle nostre terze linee! Dopo svariati mesi di preparazione per il team Recruiting & Training, da febbraio ad oggi abbiamo completato un ciclo di 10 assessment valutando con cura e attenzione 60 colleghi che nel loro ruolo sono chiamati a coordinare un team. Questo progetto è stato fondamentale per mappare le loro competenze, allineate ai principi della leadership, e per creare un terreno fertile per potenziare i loro punti di forza ed identificare le loro aree di miglioramento. Ogni sessione di assessment ha offerto ai partecipanti l'opportunità di dimostrare le proprie abilità e di ricevere feedback costruttivi, preziosi per il loro sviluppo professionale. L’avvio di questo programma rappresenta l’importanza per Pixartprinting - a Cimpress Company di investire nelle proprie risorse e nei loro talenti. Un caloroso ringraziamento va ai partecipanti, che hanno abbracciato questa opportunità con determinazione e impegno, alle nostre seconde linee che, in qualità di osservatori, hanno partecipato attivamente al processo di valutazione, ed infine al team di assessor che hanno orchestrato questo importante progetto!     Nos últimos tempos tenho falado com muitas pessoas sobre a Printi - uma empresa do grupo Cimpress, sobre como é fazer parte do grupo Cimpress... E nessa última semana tive o privilégio de estar num workshop de procurement global, na Holanda, que me ajuda cada dia mais a explicar o quão legal é fazer parte desse grupo, com tantos profissionais competentes e abertos a colaborar e trocar conhecimento entre si. Nele, tínhamos mais de 15 nacionalidades diferentes, representando mais de 10 unidades de negócios diferentes no mundo para momentos de networking, troca de experiências, alinhamentos estratégicos e muito mais. Ao mesmo tempo, aproveitamos essa oportunidade para anualmente visitar operações do grupo (dessa vez da Vista, em Venlo) e fornecedores chave para o nosso negócio. Agradeço e parabenizo ao time de PEX, responsável pela organização e conexão de todos os participantes, liderado pela Marta Otero Mayor e time.
