Robert O. Keohane (lahir 3 Oktober 1941) adalah seorang akademisi Amerika Serikat, yang setelah penerbitan buku After Hegemony-nya menjadi dikaitkan dengan teori institusionalisme neoliberal dalam hubungan internasional. Ia saat ini menjabat sebagai Profesor Ilmu Politik di Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University.[1]
