✨ Management Development Program: Building Transformational Leaders For two inspiring days, on June 25-26, 2024, the managers at South Pacific Viscose, PT. a Lenzing Group company once again engaged in a deep development program focused on the theme "Learning about becoming a transformational leader." In a constantly changing world, the ability to lead transformationally is becoming increasingly important. Through this Management Development Program, our managers not only learned about leadership theory but also practiced essential skills to bring positive change to PT SPV. Some key topics we explored included understanding what a transformational leader is and why this role is crucial in the current company situation, self-awareness, coaching, listening and storytelling. This program serves as a platform for learning, sharing experiences, and understanding the challenges we face during the company's transformation.
