Reflecting on 2023, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible journey we've had. It's moments like these that remind me of the humble beginnings in January, when we launched our MVP. We celebrated each new user and every successful transaction. Fast forward to now, we now have tens of thousands of happy users and are processing hundreds of transactions daily.
I want to use this opportunity to thank my amazing co-founder Andryan Gouw and the rest of the GORO team. Your passion, resilience, and dedication have been the driving force behind our exponential growth. Each one of you has played an integral role in shaping GORO into what it is today. From the developers crafting the platform's backbone to the property experts providing unparalleled service, every contribution has been invaluable. 🙏💼
Moreover, our growth isn't just about numbers; it's about the vibrant community we've cultivated. September was another milestone for GORO’s growth!
We are pleased to report that our properties performed exceptionally well.
Our popular units, Canggu 2Plex and Villa Kulibul, in #Bali delivered 17.39% and 15.62% in net annualized #rentalincome, respectively, exceeding the most optimistic projections in September. In addition, the annualized net income generated by Berawa Lofts #2 – unit 4 during this period also increased to 14.92%.
We are also excited to announce the launch of Villa The Kayu, our latest addition to the Bali catalog. With consistently high demand from our GORO users, we’re confident this new villa will be a popular choice for those looking to experience the best of Bali.
As for our properties in #Jakarta, Green Pramuka City and Bassura City Apartment remain stable with 9.36% and 9.35% in annualized net rental yield. With the vast market potential for apartment rentals in Indonesia’s capital city, we are excited about the potential of this market and optimistic about its growth prospects.
