TMA UK nextGen Professional of the year award 2024 – Recognizing excellence in Turnaround and Restructuring. We are delighted to announce that the following people have been shortlisted….. good luck! James Salt, Gordon Brothers - James is responsible for originating, structuring and executing investment opportunities in the UK and Europe. He has several years’ experience covering restructuring, performance improvement, debt advisory and asset-based lending. He has already developed a strong record in delivering complex financial solutions across different jurisdictions and industries. Daniela Pontonutti ACMA, CGMA, Gordon Brothers - Daniela Pontonutti is a Director at Gordon Brothers leading the EMEA Business Analysis team responsible for the capture and analysis of millions of industry and asset data points to support faster and more informed decisions across the business. She joined the firm in 2014 and has worked on projects across asset valuation, recovery and capital deployment. Charmaine Doyle, ReSolve Advisory - Charmaine is a Senior Manager at ReSolve, specialising in formal insolvency appointments (particularly administrations) and pre-insolvency restructuring and advisory. She joined ReSolve in 2020 after moving to London from Sydney, Australia and has over ten years of experience across a wide range of sectors including mining, logistics, retail, travel and education. Some highlights of Charmaine’s work with ReSolve are that she has traded businesses in both administration and receivership, dealt with complex lending structures including block lending arrangements, effected voluntary arrangements, and successfully refinanced business to secure ongoing trade.
