🌕 The moon is full, so we gather together 🌕 To bring warmth to our foreign colleagues who are far from home, we held a Moon Festival celebration, to enjoy this wonderful holiday together! CTCI Corp. secured 4th place in the large enterprise category, while CTCI ASI ranked 15th in the medium-sized enterprise category. CTCI Corp. President M.S. Lee attended the award ceremony in person to receive the honor on September 18. In this award🎉, companies are evaluated according to four criteria: corporate governance, corporate commitment, social participation, and environmental protection. 【Leadership Workshop】The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth   CTCI Group’s Intelligent Solutions Business (GISB) held a “Leadership Workshop”, with this year's theme centered around the book "The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth."   Before the event, participants were grouped across different companies and tasked with selecting a chapter from the book for sharing and discussions.   In the initial phase, each group shared their insights from the reading and voted for the top three teams. GISB CEO Wu was invited to share his management experience and present awards.   In the second phase, an interactive game was used to facilitate discussions among supervisors and potential talents, enhancing their understanding of the concepts conveyed in the book.   The aim was for supervisors to effectively apply the knowledge gained to their daily management practices and establish a workplace that fosters psychological safety for learning, innovation, and growth.   #LeadershipWorkshop # PsychologicalSafety #TheFearlessOrganization
