Moffat Moyo teaches literature, culture and the arts at the University of Zambia (UNZA). He is a PhD candidate in Literature at UNZA. A poet and traditional (Vimbuza) dancer, he has published on literature and culture. An expert in Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH), Moffat has ran several workshops in ICH especially to youths. He founded Kalulu Kreativez, a hub of African arts and culture in 2018 which is based in Chinyunyu where he is also developing an ICH centre. He was part of the team that developed the first-ever bachelor’s degree in ICH in Southern Africa that is run by the UNZA.
