Fic idea (feel free to take it): Caine actually had an Able, but he disappeared after a very heated argument.
This is why the Circus is slowly breaking; because it was always meant to be run by two AIs, like having shifts on the job while the other rests. But now that one’s gone, all that responsibility rests on one AI’s shoulders, running 24/7 with no breaks just to keep everything afloat.
OC making is actually like Frankenstein’s monster, you grab inspirations from various medias; whether that’s from video games, movies, TV shows, music vibes or etc, and mash them together, pull the lever and scream “IT’S ALIVEEEEEEEEEEEE”
Oh and you should also give it some angst. Can’t forget the angst
You know, if the future episodes confirm that the character player models can be duplicated, I’m going to call myself a prophet because damn, I’ve already accidentally predicted some stuff through my stories
Like how Caine and the Circus are connected and glitching could happen if Caine was overloaded, which I promise I wrote for Chapter 5 of An Unexpected “Reunion” during episode 2 but then was confirmed at episode 3 (which is still WILD to me, I kept it to myself but I was internally going “WHAT”)
Or a suggestion box existing, which I utilized for a completely different reasoning
So if somehow, future episodes confirm that there ARE player duplicate models existing, I’m going to give myself a massive pat on the back and post this image and if not, oh well

“barely tadc anymore” i know it’s changed a lot but it’s still the exact same premise as digital circus.. even if you made it original, you will still know it’s heavily based on digital circus.. i would get called a rip-off!
the only reasons i changed things so much is because i want to do something fun and new with it, i know i’m stretching the characters a lot but it’s fun for me :(
You should try to not let it get to you and keep on trucking. People LOVE the AU. It’s just one negative comment over a sea of positives, and this is a good sign that you’re doing great.
This is also coming from someone who’s made the most canon-divergent tadc au, and just having fun with it. Trust me, you’ll feel more lifted when you know of the comment’s existence, but banish it away in the name of having fun playing around with the concept.
