Last week, our colleagues in the Budapest RSS office had the opportunity to participate in an ‘ASPIRE Expo’. The aim of the 3-day event was to highlight the importance of ASPIRE, our biggest business transformation program across Roche. The impact of ASPIRE cannot be underestimated: the program is building a strong digital backbone for Roche and will unlock the full potential of digital technologies across our organization. As RSS is a key enabler & contributor to the success of ASPIRE, we organized plenary sessions, as well as detailed presentations at our various booths to familiarize our colleagues with this major program. A hétvégén nagy megmérettetésen vett részt a Roche Runners csapata, ahol a Roche Magyarországot képviselték az év egyik legnagyobb futóversenyén.🏃🏃♀️🏃♂️ A XVIII. Jörg-Michael Rupp, a Roche egyik vezetője elmondta: “A helyes adatfelhasználás a jövő kulcsa, hiszen az egészségügynek a jelen igényeit kell kielégítenie és választ adnia a holnap kihívásaira. Már rendelkezésünkre állnak olyan adat-menedzsment megoldások és technológiák, melyek segítségével pontosabban meghatározhatók, hogy hol és milyen formában kell beavatkozni a döntéshozóknak, illetve ezen adatok segítségével gyorsabb, hatékonyabb és személyreszabottabb ellátások biztosíthatók az egyes betegek, és a teljes ellátórendszer szintjén is. A fenntarthatóság szempontjából is fontos hangsúlyozni, hogy az egészségügyre fordított kiadásokat hosszú távú befektetésként kell tekinteni, mivel annak fejlesztése, az új innovatív technológiák és terápiák bevezetése egyszerre járul hozzá a lakosság egészségi állapotának javításához, a kapacitások hatékonyabb felhasználásához is”.
