🌟 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐡 - 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐭? 🌟   Bosch - JMP program is designed to provide challenging, and growth enhancing opportunities and build network at an accelerated pace. I’m part of this prestigious program with Bosch Hatvan plant as an Indian expat since sept-23.   🇭🇺 As I have been living in Hungary since 2019, during my master’s studies in first 2 years in Miskolc, I realized the need to learn the local language to understand the people and culture. I learned intermediate level Hungarian through continuous learning on daily bases by myself and practicing through implementation in conversations with colleagues.   💪To take it one step further, my JMP-mentor Martin Schwald gave me an opportunity to express my background story and how I adapted to Hungarian culture in an online department info meeting round with 250 colleagues. The only catch was - I had to do it in Hungarian !! I took this chance to push myself to learn further - It helped me confront my stage fear as a side benefit as well as enhanced my Hungarian vocabulary during the preparation. This amazing experience is a testimony how being a JMP can push you to step out of comfort zone and realize undiscovered potential. Surely as a JMP, one would stumble upon many such opportunities. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐇𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐤 𝐈 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐡 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐯𝐚𝐧 🚀 I began my career journey at Bosch in 2023 in Hatvan by joining the prestigious Junior Managers Program, a comprehensive training initiative designed to groom aspiring leaders in various industries. 🔧 During my time in the program, I am part of the Bosch Mobility Electronics Division, where I have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and learn from experienced mentors. 📈 I have already spent 6 months in the Quality Department as Quality Project Leader, and now I am spending my second 6 months in production as a Q-teamer, moving over to the Technical Functions Department to gain insights into product industrialization as Project Manager. As my final stage in 2025, I will be traveling to Suzhou, China for knowledge transfer and project leading. 🌏 🐾 One of my favorite hobbies is spending time with my five Labrador dogs. Whether we're going for a leisurely walk in the park, playing fetch in the backyard, or visiting a lake, my furry friends bring so much joy and companionship into my life. Taking care of my five dogs not only brings me happiness and relaxation but also helps me stay active and connected to nature. 🌟 We had an amazing experience at our Open Day at Bosch Miskolc Power Tool! 🌟 Once again, our colleagues had the chance to bring their friends and family to our factory and show them where they work. The event was filled with a variety of interesting and entertaining activities for all ages. 🔧 Our production line tour was particularly popular, offering visitors a closer look at how our hand tools are made. 🎨 The day was packed with fun activities for both kids and adults, including tattoo making, a wheel of fortune, crafting, and much more! 😊 It was a joy to see everyone having a great time. Michael Neumann brings over seventeen years of experience as a Bosch veteran, having returned to the Bosch plant in Hatvan where he previously worked across various business areas from 2016 to 2021. The technical leadership of the Hatvan plant remains under Attila Horváth, technical plant manager. Michael Neumann's return to Hatvan follows his recent assignment in China. The Bosch plant in Hatvan is increasingly pivotal in the production of components related to electromobility.
