    I am celebrating one year at RZLT | REZOLUT! 🎉 It honestly feels like yesterday I was just getting to know some of the most creative minds in the web3 space.. time really does fly! When I first joined RZLT, I was excited to learn and push myself, but I had no idea just how much I’d experience in such a short time. From combining design with social media strategies, experimenting with bold content ideas, and exploring new web3 trends, it’s been a rollercoaster filled with new challenges, exciting projects, and plenty of surprises along the way. There have been days that pushed me beyond my limits and others that reminded me why I love what I do. But the real magic? The people. 🙏 The energy here is something you really have to feel to understand. We’re not just coworkers - we’re a bunch of passionate people who keep pushing each other to reach new heights. RZLT is a place where creativity is celebrated, out-of-the-box thinking is a norm, and growth is not just encouraged - it’s the expectation. A year in, I can confidently say I’ve found my tribe.     I’m celebrating 3 years at RZLT | REZOLUT! 🎊 (when did that pass 🙈) It feels like I joined RZLT as a PM just yesterday, unsure of how this Web3 journey would unfold. Little did I know that I’d soon be diving into nearly every aspect of this dynamic company. A few months in, I found myself fully into E V E R Y T H I N G marketing, thanks to the push of a former colleague, Anita Erker. She encouraged me to break the box I had built around myself (just exactly what I needed at the time, so thank you! ❤️) and jump into all the exciting things we were doing. I wore all the possible hats - from content creation and launching our internal NFT project to building communities, doing guerilla marketing, and drafting strategies with the marketing team. I did it all, and I absolutely loved it! 🙌 But the moment I truly discovered my passion (and what has become my career today) was when I dove fully into operations. From refining processes, developing new systems, and optimizing tools, to shaping the team culture that makes RZLT so special and unique. That’s when I found what I absolutely love doing! A thing I managed to do, because of all of the people who saw the potential in me and pushed me to develop further. 🙏 Fast forward to today - it's been three crazy, fun, hardworking, and learning-filled years, and I couldn’t be more proud. Watching the company grow and knowing I’ve played a key role in that journey has been one of the greatest rewards. On top of that, reflecting on my own growth and how much I’ve learned and mastered since day one feels truly special. 😎 TL;DR - RZLT isn’t just a company, it’s a place where you’re pushed to explore every opportunity and discover new sides of yourself.     Celebrating My RZLT | REZOLUT Workaversary! 🎉 This month officially marks one year since I joined RZLT, and It’s been a top-tier experience. A journey that started as a writer with basic crypto knowledge has evolved thanks to RZLT's “open DMs” culture and every day feels like a masterclass. Danilo Polovina has sharpened my brand storytelling skills, while Ranko Gajanovic and Okan Agur have introduced me to the finer points of community-building etiquette. Luka Ciganek, Luka Sučić, and Josip Vlah's vast experience expands my knowledge of Web3 and AI daily, and I’ve learned invaluable organizational skills from Albertina Nikolova. Not to mention Elena Mirchevska, who puts the "Human" in Human Resources, and Viktar Zhabyka who blows my mind with his amazing designs. The team continues to expand with more remarkable talent now calling RZLT home. It's a joy working with big brains with even bigger hearts. So, here’s to a year of learning, laughing, and kicking serious ass together🥂

    A common misconception in Web3 is, “If you build it, they will come.” Reality check: “If you generate attention, they will come.” Building a killer product is only half the battle. The real challenge? Gaining attention and turning it into action. How? 👉Define the steps users will take to become customers. A well-designed acquisition funnel should guide prospects through the path, addressing critical points along the way. And you need to measure every step—if you can’t track it, don’t waste time on it. 👉Marketing, CX, and BD need to work in harmony. For B2C products, a flawless onboarding process is a must when converting traffic into customers. In B2B, marketing and BD must align to make sure the best leads are passed down the funnel. 👉And it doesn’t stop there. Once a customer is in, you need to focus on loyalty to reduce churn and loyalty to turn satisfied customers into your biggest advocates. At RZLT, we’ve been building full marketing funnels for Web3 for a while, fine-tuning every piece of the puzzle to make sure it all fits. You can start this process by asking yourself: What’s missing in your funnel?

    ❗ Don’t be fooled by big follower counts and flashy likes. Vanity metrics are one thing, but real community health is all about engagement. If your comments seem like bots wrote them or your likes aren't turning into shares, it's time to rethink your strategy. Bots don’t convert into customers, and token farmers? They’re usually gone before your next campaign. Our experience shows that projects chasing fast follower growth without a solid foundation face major churn and end up rebuilding from scratch to reach their actual business goals. 💡 Our advice? Grow organically. Build a community that evolves with your product — that’s the real long-term win.
