DOK-ING won the “Golden Key” 🔑 award 🏆 in the category of Best Medium Size Croatian Exporter in 2023. As part of the program of the 19th Convention of Croatian Exporters, the award ceremony took place in Zagreb, at the Mozaik Event Center, on July 1st, 2024. The MBA professionals from Villanova University visited DOK-ING, a global leader in developing and manufacturing heavy-duty robotics and autonomous systems for military engineering, counter-terrorism, emergency response, and underground mining. This visit was part of an international trip to study business practices in Croatia and Hungary. During their visit, they engaged in interactive presentations and discussions where DOK-ING emphasized the critical role of innovation and adaptability in today's rapidly changing business landscape, showcasing how Croatian companies can achieve international success. Following the presentation, the delegation toured DOK-ING's production facilities to observe the manufacturing processes firsthand. DOK-ING MV-10 Heavy-Duty EOD Robotic System serial number 096 was successfully assembled at A3TEH-UKRAINE Factory – our reliable local partner in Ukraine. Upon construction, the said MV-10 has been severely tested at the State Scientific Research Institute of Armament and Military Equipment of the MOD of Ukraine in Cherkassy successfully receiving national certification, proving its ability to clear vegetation up to two meters high with trunk diameters exceeding ten centimeters. The MV-10 showcased outstanding effectiveness under various terrain and soil conditions. It also demonstrated highest efficiency and survivability, while tested against 5 x AT mines each of 8kg in TNT equivalent. It is the first national certificate issued to the locally assembled demining machine of heavy class in Ukraine. This MV-10 has become the second DOK-ING demining machine of the equipment fleet of the State Special Transport Service (SSTS) of the MOD of Ukraine. By localizing production in Ukraine DOK-ING address several critical needs for Ukrainian deminers and end-users of cleared land and infrastructure. This strategic move not only creates local employment opportunities, but also enables swift repairs, bypassing the delays of international transportation. The MV-10 demining machine, now localized in Ukraine, has passed certification and joined Ukraine's State Special Transport Service equipment fleet. 🟢 During testing, the MV-10 demonstrated high efficiency in various conditions, including both compacted soil and sand. It was also tested for its ability to clear an area of vegetation up to two meters high and with a trunk diameter of over 10 centimeters. Following certification, the Ukrainian company A3Tech, which produced parts for the machine, can now start industrial production. They have already received a preliminary order for eight MV-10 machines. In total, the company can produce up to 60 of these machines per year. 📍 Localizing demining equipment solves several issues at once. First, it allows for quick repairs without losing valuable time in overseas transportation. Secondly, it creates jobs and keeps taxes in Ukraine. A3Tech plans to manufacture the working component of the MV-10 machine independently by the end of the year. Currently, 40% of the parts are Ukrainian. As a result, A3Tech has increased its workforce by 12% since the beginning of the year. The vehicle was purchased thanks to the efforts of philanthropists on the UNITED24 platform.
