We concluded the year on a high note with an incredible company-wide all-hands gathering. Over 2100 individuals across the Rimac Group joined us both in person and virtually for a day filled with reflections on the highlights of 2023, important company announcements, and engaging discussions about upcoming projects. Following the meeting, we transitioned to the Rimac Campus (taking advantage of the remaining time before the big relocation) for our year-end holiday celebration. Meet the leading hypercar company that joins forces of two high-performance automotive and technology trailblazers: Bugatti Automobiles and Rimac Automobili. Rimac’s distinctive agility, technical expertise and relentless innovation in the EV sphere, along with Bugatti’s 110-year heritage of design and engineering some of the world’s most iconic hypercars, are now combined in a new company. The new company sees two automotive powerhouses generate an exciting new movement in the automotive and technology industries, originally initiated and strongly supported by the sports car manufacturer Porsche AG. Mate Rimac’s leadership and strategic direction that has seen Rimac become an industry frontrunner means he is exceptionally placed to lead the new company as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO of Rimac Group, he will run both Bugatti Rimac and the new division, Rimac Technology. Bugatti Rimac’s global headquarters is situated at Rimac’s current base on the outskirts of Zagreb, Croatia, but in time will transition to the recently announced €200M, 200.000m2 Rimac Campus, also serving as the home of Rimac Technology. Rimac Automobili and Bugatti each continue to operate as separate brands and manufacturers, retaining their individual production facilities in Zagreb and Molsheim respectively as well as the distribution channels.

Bugatti Rimac has signed an agreement with Volkswagen of America, Inc, granting the Group the status of official exclusive importer of BUGATTI and Rimac Automobili vehicles into the USA. The move will see the sale of both Bugatti and Rimac-branded vehicles across the States taken on by Volkswagen Group of America to secure and evolve the exceptional level of customer service that both brands have already established.
