Couldn't ask for better weather for zkMe strategy workshop Q4'24 starting today! Quick overview of my current, pre-workshop thinking: As the first and biggest 'zk'Identity provider we will have to bushwack our own trail, this has been true since inception and will continue to be true going forward. More and more competitors enter the market offering more or less centralized and more or less private onchain verification services. Now is the time to prove that our existing solutions (like zkMe's ZKP from Biometric Passports and zkMe's patented zkVault Identity multi-sig) are mature and work at scale (million plus users). On the product side we will keep innovating; launching novel eID Credentials, continue to build out our MPC, Identity State Consensus, and Storage infrastructure (more on this very soon 👀!). Our technical moat is deep and wide, but we will keep digging. Starting from Q4, zkMe wants to be able to fulfill its promise of giving back the to the users/data owners. Sharing valuable data should not be something only the data broker benefit from. zkMe will be the first KYC provider to create a win-win-win setup in which all stakeholders benefit from the data economy they are part of. As we cross the 700k KYC'ed users credentials 25 chains ecosystems, zkMe will double down and focus on supporting certain high growth use cases. The most important one being #RWA. zkMe is poised to further strengthen its leading position through self-sovereign KYC Credential reusability & interoperability at scale. Imagine retail accessibility to RWA yields from a single platform. We will continue to support promising new ecosystems like Plume Network , Midnight, and Monad Labs day 1, but we hope to also be able to support some more #HK or #SG centric projects going forward. Shout-out to IDA, MANTRA, OneDegree, EVIDENT ;-) Maybe we can find first pilots here as well. zkMe would not be able to provide the same value proposition without partners that provide deep functional synergies. Special attention and shout-out therefore go to Reclaim Protocol, StationX, Sign. Any functional requests we receive from such partners will have product priority going forward. zkMe has mostly been flying under the radar building out a robust and scalable solution. For zkMe's 2nd birthday on December 2nd 2024, it might be time to open the flood gates and massively ramp up visibility with a new head of messaging, new theme and new ways to engage.
