The opening of Sotheby's new Maison at LANDMARK CHATER is an exciting milestone and the first Maison to open under “Tomorrow’s CENTRAL”, Hongkong Land's recently announced transformation of LANDMARK. This two-storey, state-of-the-art, 24,000 sq. ft space will play an important role in elevating and enriching client experiences at LANDMARK. We are pleased to announce the groundbreaking and inauguration of Altea BLVD, our latest residential development in Indonesia, a collaboration between PT Astra Land Indonesia - our joint-venture subsidiary with Astra Property, and Sinar Mas Land. At Hongkong Land, we believe arts and culture plays an important role in fostering a vibrant community. As we continue our commitment making art and culture accessible to all, we are pleased to support the “Mother Nature and Our Next Generation Exhibition and Community Art Programme”, an initiative co-launched by Art of MY Family (AoMYF), a Service Partner of Project Futuremark. Running from December 2023 to August 2024, the programme aims to introduce children and teenagers from underprivileged families in Hong Kong to art as well as the importance of living sustainably. At Hongkong Land, we collaborate with NGOs and social enterprises across the region, working together to address community needs and drive positive change. In Singapore, Hongkong Land HOME FUND volunteers recently joined hands with HCSA Community Services to prepare goodie bags for single-parent families from HCSA Dayspring SPIN. Hongkong Land HOME FUND also partnered with HCSA to arrange an Edible Garden City Environmental Workshop, where volunteers and families supported by HCSA learned about urban farming and the importance of biodiversity.
