Jebowa La Rosa joined H&H Group Australia nearly six years ago as People and Culture Business Partner and, after welcoming her son Otto in August 2023, she has recently returned from parental leave. Last week, we celebrated Nutrition Movement Mind week in our offices around the world, an opportunity to commemorate our three H&H wellness pillars.  Team members participated in Pilates, yoga, sound bathing meditation, nutritional lunches, educational webinars around mental health and even delivering nutritious food to local communities. Yuki Zhao joined H&H Group Australia in 2022 as International Logistics Specialist, and was promoted to Senior International Logistics Specialist in March of this year. She embraces core values of adaptability and continuous learning, which are crucial in optimising international logistics operations and improving efficiency. In her current role, she focuses on building strong relationships with international logistics partners, developing and communicating monthly plans, preparing accurate shipping documents, and closely monitoring delivery performance to exceed customer service expectations. By identifying and mitigating potential risks, Yuki plays a key role in safeguarding the business from losses. She is resilient and focuses on staying composed and forward thinking during setbacks, allowing her to turn challenges into opportunities for growth. We're pleased to announce our Interim Results 2024. We have expanded our market share around the world in our core markets, and achieved positive growth for our high-margin and fast-growing nutritional supplements across all three strategic business pillars. The Group's Adult Nutrition and Care segment saw double-digit revenue growth, led by a strong first half by Swisse in its core markets of mainland China and Australia & New Zealand where the brand reinforced its leading market positions. Our Baby Nutrition and Care segment faced a difficult first half of the year due to systemic challenges across the infant milk formula industry in mainland China. While the Pet Nutrition and Care segment achieved a robust performance with steady growth, as Zesty Paws continues to grow its presence across the US and globally.
