【銀娛積極參與「青年就業博覽會2024」助本地青年覓發展機遇】 #銀娛 積極參與2024年7月12日至13日舉行的青年就業博覽會，為期兩天的活動在 #銀河國際會議中心 圓滿舉行。銀娛通過就業配對、講座路演、技能展示和職涯諮詢等方式，協助本澳青年發掘個人潛能，規劃職業發展道路。此前，銀娛受邀參加由勞工事務局舉辦的面試技巧工作坊，為求職新鮮人分享履歷撰寫和面試技巧，幫助他們為招聘會做好充分準備，提升就業競爭力。 在就業博覽會現場，銀娛提供了多種職業技能互動示範，包括茶藝和毛巾藝術等，讓青年人了解酒店和餐飲行業的職業技能，探索自己的職業發展方向。銀娛還安排了講座路演，介紹了菁英發展計劃、未來發展規劃，並分享了行業發展前景，協助青年人了解就業市場動態。 本次就業博覽會上，銀娛提供了30多個熱門職位，並設有即場面試，為本地求職者創造了就業機會。 【GEG Actively Participates in the “Youth Career Expo 2024” to Support Local Youth Employment】 #GEG actively participated in the two-day “Youth Career Expo 2024” that was held successfully at the #GalaxyInternationalConventionCenter from July 12 to 13, 2024. Through job matching, seminar roadshows, skill demonstrations, and career counseling, GEG assisted local youth in uncovering their personal potential and planning their career development paths. Previously, GEG was invited to attend an interview skills workshop organized by the Labor Affairs Bureau to share resume writing and interview techniques with fresh local graduates, helping them get fully prepared for the recruitment fair to enhance their employability. At the Youth Career Expo, GEG provided interactive demonstrations on a variety of professional skills, including tea art and towel art skill showcases, allowing young people to understand the vocational skills in the hotel and F&B industries and explore their career development directions. GEG also arranged seminars to introduce its IR Youth Development Program and future development plans, as well as shared the industry’s development prospects to help local young people understand the job market dynamics. 【銀娛U-Lead工作體驗計劃2024】 今年是銀娛連續第五年支持澳門勞工事務局推出的「職出前程實習計劃」，銀娛積極配合勞工局，為本地大學畢業生提供發展機會，協助他們投身職場，提升業務能力，加強就業競爭力， 日前，銀娛於銀河國際會議中心舉辦了「U-Lead 工作體驗計劃2024」事業發展日，邀請了一眾應屆畢業生參與。活動當天招聘專員為學生們介紹計劃內容及發展前景，帶領學生們參觀了銀河國際會議中心、銀河綜藝館及澳門安達仕，並邀請到部門主管進行即場面試，讓學生們能更深入了解工作內容。首批獲甄選的實習生，預計將於8月中旬入職，開展為期三個月的實習之旅。 再次感謝參與是次計劃的學生，期待與你們一起開啟嶄新的職業篇章。 【GEG U-Lead Program 2024】 GEG has supported the Macau Labor Affairs Bureau’s Internship Program for the 5th consecutive year. GEG has actively collaborated with the Macau Labor Affairs Bureau to provide development opportunities for local university graduates, assisting them in entering the workplace, enhancing their business capabilities, and strengthening their employability. Recently, GEG held the “U-Lead Program 2024” career day at the Galaxy International Convention Center (GICC) and invited a group of fresh graduates to participate. On the day of the event, the recruitment representative introduced the program content and development prospects to the students, and led the students on a tour to visit GICC, Arena and Andaz Macau. We also invited department heads to conduct on-site interviews, allowing the students to gain a deeper understanding of the job duty. The first batch of selected interns is expected to join in mid-August and embark on a 3-month internship journey. 【銀娛安排業界參觀旗下中央廚房 深入了解食安標準與實踐】 由 #銀娛 與澳門旅遊局及市政署合辦的「美味菜餚出品的揭秘」系列工作坊第二單元活動早前順利完成，吸引近100名本地旅遊、餐飲業界及中小企代表參與。通過實地考察銀娛旗下「#澳門銀河」中央廚房，參加者深入了解銀娛在食安、餐飲管理與營運上的品質要求，藉此啟發業界優化相關作業標準與流程。銀娛將繼續積極以多元方式，促進本地旅遊與餐飲業的可持續發展，合力豐富澳門作為聯合國教科文組織「創意城市美食之都」的內涵。 【GEG Invites Industry Practitioners for a Visit to Central Production Kitchen Showcasing Food Safety Standards and Practices】 Co-organized by #GEG, the Macao Government Tourism Office and the Municipal Affairs Bureau, the second module of the “Behind the Scenes of Star Cuisine” workshop series was successfully held recently, with nearly 100 practitioners from the local tourism and F&B industry in attendance. Through a site visit to the Central Production Kitchen of #GalaxyMacau, participants gained an in-depth understanding of GEG’s requirements for food safety, F&B management and operations, inspiring the industry to optimize their related standards and processes. Moving forward, GEG will continue to actively promote the sustainable development of Macau’s tourism and F&B industries in various ways, and work together to augment Macau’s status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

銀娛 x 勞工事務局 「銀娛菁英發展計劃」 為支持本地人才全面發展，銀娛與勞工事務局合作推出兩項就業 培訓專項計劃，提供超過40個職缺，為有志投身綜合旅遊休閒服務行業的本地求職者提供全方位培訓及事業發展機會。 一連兩場的「銀娛菁英發展計劃」講解會及招聘日已完滿結束，我們共邀請了約200名本地求職者參與。活動當日銀娛招聘專員為參與者介紹銀娛集團未來發展以及講解是次計劃內容，亦邀請到來自綜合娛樂服務部及保安部的部門主管進行即場面試，讓求職者能更深入了解職位的工作內容。自2023年起，銀娛已與勞工事務局合作推出了四項「銀娛菁英發展計劃」，未來亦會繼續合作，推出不同的計劃，為本地優秀人才提供更多元化的就業機會。 感謝大家的參與和支持！期待與大家一起攜手合作，共造璀璨未來。 GEG x DSAL “IR Youth Development Program” GEG is committed in supporting the comprehensive development of local talents, GEG and the Macau Labour Affairs Bureau (“DSAL”) have cooperated to launch two employment training special programs, providing more than 40 job opportunities and offering comprehensive training and career development opportunities for local talents who aspire to enter the integrated tourism and leisure service industry. The two sessions of the “IR Youth Development Program” career day have successfully concluded, with almost 200 local talents were invited to participate. On the day of the event, GEG recruitment representatives introduced the future development of GEG and explained the content of the program. Department heads from Integrated Resort Services department and Security department were also invited to conduct on-the-spot interviews, allowing applicants to gain a deeper understanding of the job responsibilities. Since 2023, GEG has cooperated with DSAL to launch four “IR Youth Development Program”, and will continue to collaborate in the future to launch different programs, providing more diverse job opportunities for local talents. 銀娛x澳門大學工商管理學院聯辦「事業發展日」 銀娛致力培育本澳「職場新鮮人」，積極為本地青年人才開拓事業發展機遇。 今年是銀娛連續第四年與澳門大學工商管理學院合辦「事業發展日」，旨在為一眾應屆畢業生分享職涯規劃的重要性，並邀請到酒店培訓及傳訊助理副總裁徐天浩先生，分享其超過13年的酒店工作經驗及探討澳門酒店業的發展資訊。   本次發展日不但包括事業諮詢和互動問答環節，亦邀請到來自銀娛餐飲部及酒店部的培訓經理，與學生們分享事業領域的知識和經驗。另外，現場亦設有即場面試環節，為一眾畢業生提供更多就業機會。 GEG x Faculty of Business Administration of University of Macau co-organized “Career Day” GEG is committed to nurturing Macau young talent and actively exploring career development opportunities for local youth. This year marks the 4th consecutive year that GEG has partnered with the University of Macau’s Faculty of Business Administration to organize the “Career Day”. The event aims to share the importance of career planning with graduating students and invited Mr. Timothy Tsui – Assistant Vice President of Hotel Training and Communication to share his extensive over 13 years of hotel work experiences and discuss the development prospects of the hotel industry in Macau. The career day includes not only career advisory and interactive Q&A sessions but also invited training managers from GEG F&B and hotel departments to share their knowledge and experience in the career field with the students.
