We are happy to announce a new partnership between Flowclass and Generation Hong Kong, dedicated to empowering individuals with the skills and opportunities needed in today's rapidly evolving job market. Thank you Tommy Choi for the invitation. We hope to support the transformation of HK’s technology ecosystem by collaborating and supporting youth’s education to education journey. We would also like to address skills gaps and talent shortage and build a sustainable talent pipeline by leveraging the methodology and programs of Generation to address the skills gap and talent shortage in the tech professions. --- Our forms of collaboration include: - Employment opportunities for GenerationHK's graduates and alumni: Provide direct employment opportunities, i.e. placement/internship/full-time/part-time, to their graduates or alumni. - Enhancement of learners’ job readiness and employability: Join a live project partner, mock interviewer or mentor, or hold site visits or industry sharing for their future talents. --- We are grateful for this opportunity to share Generation’s vision of addressing the gap between education and employment in Hong Kong!

We are delighted to invite one of our growing educator clients - ScholarEd Learning Centre, to share their #FlowclassStory ScholarEd Learning Centre is an education institution situated in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Their founder, Karen, is a #PrincePhilipScholar and graduated with B.A. M.A. in University of Cambridge. They focus on early childhood education with specialized subjects in Chinese and English. They also offer consultations and coaching for overseas education. ➖➖➖ I am Karen from ScholarEd Learning Center. How did we handle student enrollment before? Before using the Flowclass platform, my partners and I had a very simple process. When parents brought their children for trial classes, I would directly give them a form to fill out for the trial, followed by an enrollment form. If they were satisfied after the trial class, they would fill out their information for us. Previously, we also tried organizing summer classes and various promotions. But now, using the Flowclass platform, we find it extremely helpful because it set up an online platform for us. When people search, they quickly find us on Google. Potential clients can see where our ScholarEd center is located, what products and courses we offer. They contact us directly and use the online platform to select and apply for the courses they want. What I appreciate the most, is their excellent customer service. For example, if we need help setting up Flowclass or want to discuss how to improve the conversion rate, their team is very attentive and provides helpful suggestions to make our platform look better. We have tried other online enrollment builder platforms before, and I find Flowclass's pricing to be quite reasonable. Previously, we did very little promotion, mainly relying on social media or word of mouth. Since we started using Flowclass, parents have been trusting us more, and they know we have a website open for online application. Students and parents are more inclined to check out our course details. I would recommend other educators to try their services. We are delighted to invite one of our growing educator users - Black Cat Chinese to share some of his experience working with Flowclass. ➖➖➖ Hello everyone, I'm @blackcatchinese, currently a tutor of Chinese courses in Hong Kong. In the past when dealing with student enrollment, I usually asked students to go to the Bio Link in my Instagram profile and send me a message on WhatsApp. I could only follow up after students sent me a private message. There were two issues with this approach. First, when following up, many students missed my message after I reply. In the end, I couldn't close the deal. The second was that even if students replied, the back-and-forth communication required a a lot of time just to confirm the class details, which was disastrous. When I was organizing online events, my previous strategy was to ask students to leave a comment, like, or share on my post first. Then I would reply to them one by one and send private messages. Sometimes, I would miss replying to some students' comments because there were too many. It took a lot of time, and the results were not ideal. Flowclass is an excellent platform. Used together with ManyChat, when students leave comments on my Instagram posts, they can be automatically directed via private message to Flowclass, where they can enroll, pay, and fill in their information. Students can handle everything themselves. I don't need to spend much time dealing with communication or payment issues. Additionally, I can collect student data for further marketing and increase conversions. Moreover, Flowclass has recently updated with many new features, making my marketing work simpler, more time-saving, and smoother. So, if you are an online course tutor, need to build traffic for your brand, or simply need an enrollment platform, Flowclass can definitely help you. That's all from me.
